After retiring from the State of California as a Supervising Investigator II (Captain) in Law Enforcement and Investigations, I followed a long-standing interest in construction. That earlier career was built on trust, careful work, and being accountable for the outcome. I bring the same approach into people’s homes. As a real estate investor, I bought and rehabilitated numerous houses for resale. That taught me how homes actually wear down, what a proper repair looks like, and how to finish the job so you don’t have to call someone back.

Do you give free quotes?+
Yes. Describe the job or send a photo. I'll tell you whether it's in scope and what the job price looks like before anything is scheduled.
Are you licensed and insured?+
I carry liability insurance. I take jobs that fit California's handyman exemption (generally $1,000 or less, no permit work, no crew). Larger or permitted work gets referred out.
What don't you do?+
Major remodels, work that needs a building permit I can't pull, gas lines, electrical panel work, and anything I can't stand behind.
What part of town?+
